Shipping & Handling
We ship all of our packages via United States Postal Service – USPS. We offer our customers three types of USPS shipping services: ground, 2nd day and next day. All shipment costs are determined by package weight & size. Next day and 2nd day services are always available at an extra charge. Please allow 3 – 5 business days to process and ship an order. We use recycled materials whenever possible. All backorders or partial orders will be shipped via USPS ground service, unless otherwise requested.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
- We accept unworn, regular price merchandise, with tags still in place for exchange or a credit refund within 10 days of purchase date.
- Credit refunds will be given on returns that are postmarked within 10 days of the receipt of purchase.
- Returns received after 10 days and before 30 days will receive a merchandise credit for use on-line or in our store.
- All sales are final on all clearance merchandise.
- Price adjustments will be made if the item was purchased in-store or online within the past 10 days and the item is the same exact item.
- No holiday gift returns after January 15th.
- Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit only
- No returns are accepted on special orders or items that have been altered.
- Only a regular price purchase may receive complimentary giftwrap. Clearance items can be gift wrapped for $5.00 per gift
- Send all returns with a copy of receipt & packing slip, via a trackable shipping method, (e.g.USPS, FedX, UPS) prepaid & insured to ensure a safe and documented delivery to:
